Essex Realty Management is a commercial management company that focuses on providing comprehensive real estate services to individual owners, developers and investors of real estate. On behalf of our clients we manage over fifteen (15) million square feet of office, industrial, retail, medical, commercial associations and self-storage projects throughout California and Arizona.
Founded in 1987, Essex Realty Management is a privately held corporation, based in Irvine, California, with offices serving; Sacramento, Ventura, Orange County/Los Angeles County, Inland Empire, San Diego County and Phoenix. We are an AMO firm as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
