Craig Ersek is a principal of Essex Realty Management, Inc., and Essex Properties. As Executive Vice President of Essex Realty Management, Mr. Ersek is responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Client Relations. He also oversees the Finance and Accounting functions at Essex Realty Management, Inc. Mr. Ersek has almost twenty years of real estate experience. He has a diverse background in real estate, which includes; extensive experience working with both institutional and non-institutional real estate and with all product types ("mixed-use", class "A" office, "big box" industrial, multi-tenant industrial and retail). Prior to joining Essex, Mr. Ersek was employed for eight years by CB Richard Ellis. As Director of Asset Services, Mr. Ersek supervised a staff of real estate professionals responsible for the management of over 16 million square feet of assets located throughout Southern California. In addition to assisting in the Strategic Planning for these assets, Mr. Ersek's responsibilities included Business Development and Managing Client Relationships. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Ersek was employed by Watson Land Company as an Asset Manager, where he assisted in the management of the company's 10 million square foot portfolio. Prior to that, Mr. Ersek worked for the Koll Company where he oversaw all aspects of a 900,000 square foot, "institutionally owned", class "A", office portfolio located in Orange County. Mr. Ersek graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Real Estate Finance Concentration) and also earned an MBA, with honors, from the George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University. |
