Kathy Beezley is the Project Controller for Essex Realty Management, Inc. As the Project Controller, Ms. Beezley has full responsibility for all project accounting functions at Essex. In order to meet client expectations, Ms. Beezley works closely with both the accounting and management teams assigned to the asset to ensure that the financial reporting is both accurate and timely. Ms. Beezley has over thirty years of property accounting experience. Prior to joining Essex eight years ago, she was an Accounting Manager with The Irvine Company. In addition to overseeing the accounting functions provided by the third party property managers, she was responsible for the internal budgeting, forecasting and reporting of a diverse multi-million square foot real estate portfolio that included; retail, office, industrial, ground leases and common area associations. |
