Lynn Gabriel is the Human Resource Manager for Essex Realty Management, Inc. Ms. Gabriel's role is to assist Essex in attracting and retaining the best possible personnel talent in the industry. Her duties also include overseeing the Payroll, Compliance and Risk Management functions. Ms. Gabriel has an extensive background in Human Resources, which includes over 15 years of experience in Human Resource management. Prior to joining Essex in 2006, Ms. Gabriel was employed as the Human Resource Manager by a multi-state hotel firm. Ms. Gabriel is certified in Human Resource Management by the Professionals in Human Resource Association (PIHRA). |
