Essex Properties, LLC was created for purpose of acquiring long term hold investment projects throughout California and selected Western markets. Essex Properties' historical focus has been on multi-tenant office, industrial and business properties in the $5 - $30 million range. With our private investment partners, Essex Properties currently owns and manages almost a million square feet of product.

Essex Properties acquires projects in familiar sub-markets that offer long term “value-added” opportunities. These assets benefit from our knowledge and skills as property managers. As a full service real estate company, we are able to apply all of our expertise (i.e. Management, Marketing, Leasing, Construction and Financial Reporting) to maximize the long term value of an asset.
