Essex Awarded Management for Self Storage Portfolio

The Chancellor Group has retained Essex to provide Management, Accounting, Leasing and Marketing services for a self storage portfolio. The portfolio consists of 177,000 square feet in three separate projects in Upland, Mentone and Coachella and totals more than 1,600 individual units. This is the second assignment the Chancellor Group has awarded Essex. Essex also manages a 75,000 square foot self storage project in Perris for the Chancellor Group.
The Self Storage Division at Essex manages almost 2,000,000 million square feet of storage product throughout Southern California and is considered one of the preeminent providers of storage management services.
Essex currently manages over Fifteen (15) million square feet of office, industrial, retail, medical, commercial associations and self storage projects throughout California and Arizona.
