Real Estate Manager joins Essex

Jennifer Tien recently joined Essex as a Real Estate Manager. Jennifer brings over eight years of real estate experience in the Property Management Industry to Essex. Jennifer will be overseeing a diverse portfolio consisting of; multi-tenant industrial and office parks, as well as “big box” industrial projects. Jennifer will maintain responsibility for all day-to-day management and oversight functions consistent with the goals of her clients including; operations, renewal leasing, financial reporting, tenant relations and other value added propositions. Jennifer will also serve as the point person for the listing teams and local brokerage community.
Prior to joining Essex, Jennifer was a Real Estate Manager with Charles Dunn where she oversaw a multi-tenant industrial portfolio consisting of over 500,000 square feet.
