Essex hires Jody Coats for Regional Manager Role

Jody Coats joins the Essex Corporate Team as Regional Manager. As Regional Manager, Ms. Coats role is to act as an effective liaison between the client and the assigned property management team to ensure that the client goals and objectives are being met.
Ms. Coats has been in the real estate industry for over ten years and has a strong understanding of all product types. Prior to joining Essex, she was employed by CB Richard Ellis where she was responsible for all aspects of a 1.3 million square foot Orange County office project. Her duties included the management and oversight of all daily operations including; building operations, capital and tenant improvements, financial reporting, tenant relations and client interaction. She has extensive experience managing both institutional and private client owned product.
