The Self Storage Division of Essex Realty Management has been retained by VERALLIANCE PROPERTIES to oversee the lease-up and management of the newly constructed Bressi Ranch Self Storage facility in Carlsbad, California. This brand new “State of the Art” facility will offer a wide range of self storage options for the North County Market in a clean and modern environment.
The Bressi Ranch project represents the second self storage project awarded to Essex from VERALLIANCE PROPERTIES. Essex also manages the 128,000 sq. ft. Avalon Self Storage in Carson, California. Essex’s Self Storage Division under the guidance of Pam Badar currently manages almost 2 million square feet representing over 10,000 units of self storage product throughout Southern California and is considered the premier provider of “third party” management services in the storage industry.
