Essex was recently selected to provide management services for the newly constructed Irvine Medical Arts Plaza. The 63,000 square foot building is located at 113 Waterworks Way in the City of Irvine. The project is a development by Enterprise Commercial Development and consists of thirty-nine separate medical condominiums. The project is expected to provide needed medical and medical support services near the newly constructed Irvine Regional Hospital on Sand Canyon.
