Essex has been selected by Newport Beach, California based Warren Lortie Associates (WLA) to provide property management and leasing services for the Baseline Industrial Center. The recently purchased project is a 111,950 square foot multi-tenant business park located at 5235 S. Kyrene Road in Tempe.
Essex recently expanded to the Phoenix market to provide "personalized management services" to its clients and in less than a year has grown its presence to almost 500,000 square feet of managed product.
