ESSEX ELEVATES PAM BADAR TO VICE PRESIDENT – SELF STORAGE

Essex Realty Management announces the promotion of Pam Badar to the newly created position of Vice President - Self Storage Division. Ms. Badar most recently served as Regional Manager with Essex. Ms. Badar has overseen the growth of Essex Realty Management’s Self Storage Division since its inception in 2004. Essex Realty Management currently manages almost two million square feet of self storage product throughout Southern California, making it one of the leading providers in the Southern California Self Storage Industry.
Ms. Badar has over twenty years of experience in the Self Storage Industry. Prior to joining Essex, she was employed as Vice President for Westport Properties. Ms. Badar began her career with Public Storage, the country's largest owner of self storage properties. Her responsibilities included construction/development, accounting management and oversight for a self storage portfolio totaling more than ten thousand units.
