Essex to Oversee 700,000-Square-Foot Portfolio of Office, Industrial and Retail Properties
Essex Realty Management was recently awarded a property management assignment for a diversified portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties totaling 700,000 square feet.
TDA Investment Group, the advisor for the properties contracted with Essex Realty Management due to the firm's considerable expertise in managing similar properties and its reputation for providing a high level of service to its clients.

Linda Webber, Principal and Executive Vice President of Essex Realty Management will be interfacing with the client and overseeing the portfolio from an executive level to ensure that all of appropriate disciplines from Essex's resources are applied to this assignment.
Included in the portfolio are: Canyon Springs Marketplace in Riverside (182,000-sf retail center anchored by Jo-Ann Stores, Bed, Bath& Beyond, Old Navy, Marshalls & Petco), Airport Business Park in El Monte (61,000-sf office complex), the Exchange in Glendale (52,000 sf mixed use office office/retail project) and additional office and industrial projects located in Riverside and Cerritos.
