Top Regional Property Management Firm to Oversee
300,000-Square-Foot Portfolio Located Throughout Orange County
IRVINE, Calif. — June 28, 2010 - Essex Realty Management (“ERM”) - one of the top regional commercial property management firms in the Western United States, was recently awarded a leasing and property management contract for the Zuma Business Center portfolio. The portfolio consists of three multi-tenant industrial/office business parks located in Anaheim and Buena Park, Calif.
The client, a long term owner of the properties - awarded Essex Realty the assignment due to the firm’s considerable expertise in servicing private clients.

The Zuma Business Park portfolio is currently ¬¬¬¬85 percent leased and consists of a 175,000-sf property located at Miraloma Avenue in Anaheim, Calif. offering industrial/office space from 600 — 5,000-sf; a 77,000-sf property located at Orangethorpe/Knott in Buena Park, Calif. offering 300 - 3,500-sf of industrial/office units and a 46,000-sf property located at Orangethorpe/Western in Buena Park, Calif. offering 1,000 — 1,500-sf of industrial/office space.
